Development at the Asps will provide up to 900 new homes, space for a park and ride facility, a mixed-use local centre and new areas of formal and informal open space on a 57 hectare site on the southern edge of Warwick. The design approach for The Asps was driven through an appreciation of the environmental credentials of the site, shaped by involvement of the local community and key stakeholders over a series of consultation events.
