Benefitting from a draft site allocation, Land at North Shrivenham is set to deliver up to 500 new homes, a site for a new primary school and a series of functional landscape spaces on the northern edge of Shrivenham. EDP became involved with the scheme in 2013 prior to the sites draft allocation status, and worked alongside Welbeck Strategic Land and their technical team to promote the benefits of the proposals to the Vale of White Horse District Council. EDP provided Masterplanning, Landscape, Ecology, Heritage and Arboriculture services.
