Designed to respond to a clear set of development principles established in the emerging Pulborough Neighbourhood Plan, land north-east of Glebelands proposes up to 100 new homes as a series of distinct development parcels set within a linked network of landscape spaces. To ensure proposals effectively delivered the principles of the plan, EDPs Masterplanning and Landscape teams worked closely with the wider project team from the outset, ensuring that a landscape- and design-led approach was adopted. An application was submitted in May 2016 and is pending determination.
