Decision on Land at Upper Farm Road, Chilton
EDP are delighted to share the land at Upper Farm Road, Chilton decision on behalf of Messrs King-Thompson and Shorthouse. EDP provided landscape and visual assessment as well as detailed landscape design and specification to support a full application for re-development of an existing storage yard within the North Wessex Downs AONB. The landscape assessment demonstrated that redevelopment of the site for five residential dwellings would not materially harm the defining characteristics of the North Wessex Downs.
